1. Services Provided

RCD Rancho Cucamonga Decks provides deck design, installation, repair, restoration, and related outdoor construction services. All services are subject to availability, project scope agreement, and our standard business practices.

2. Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for deck projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established in your project contract. Typical payment structure includes a deposit before work begins, progress payments at project milestones, and final payment upon completion and your approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on scope and current workload. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule.

5. Permits and Inspections

When applicable, we handle obtaining necessary building permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring we have access to your property for inspections. Final payment may be withheld until all required inspections are completed and approved.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in construction but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area during the project. We maintain general liability insurance, but you are responsible for securing pets, removing valuables from the work area, and ensuring family members stay clear of active construction zones.

8. Changes to Project Scope

If you request changes to the project after work has begun, we will provide a written change order detailing the additional cost and timeline impact. Work on changes will not begin until you approve the change order in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be partially or fully refundable depending on materials ordered and time invested in design and permits. Once construction has started, cancellation terms will be determined based on work completed and materials purchased.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total contract price of your project. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage direct communication to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law.

12. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content. You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

13. Changes to Terms
